Return Policy

At Makhana Mart, we take pride in delivering quality products. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return only if:

• You received a damaged, defective, expired, or wrong item
• You raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Note: We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or personal preferences (taste, texture, etc.)
• Opened or used food products

2. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return request, please:

• Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product(s)

Our team will verify the issue and respond within 1–2 working days.

3. Return Pickup & Approval

• If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (in serviceable pin codes)
• If pickup is not available in your area, we’ll guide you to send the item back manually
• After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll approve or reject the return based on its condition

4. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Any request beyond this period will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened food items
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
• Free samples or gift items

6. Refund for Returns

If the return is approved:

• We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
• For COD orders, refund will be done via bank transfer or UPI
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item

7. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), return shipping is free
• If the return is due to other reasons, the customer may bear the return shipping cost
