1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received damaged, defective, expired, or wrong products.
You must raise the return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
Note: We do not accept returns for items due to personal dislike, change of mind, or taste preferences.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Our support team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (wherever possible), or guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a bank transfer or UPI refund after confirmation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Opened food products
Products returned without original packaging
Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
Free gifts or promotional items
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Shipping Charges on Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we bear the shipping cost.
If return is not due to our fault, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
