• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
• We currently ship across India.
• Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will apply.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available in selected pin codes.
• A nominal COD charge of ₹30 may apply on orders using Cash on Delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
• You can also track your order anytime through the “My Orders” section on our website.

6. Delivery Delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier partner delays, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.
• If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you via email or phone.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures.
• We will resolve the issue through a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

8. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
• We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
